- Ask your boss if you can get a standing desk. And plan standing or walking meetings.
- Walk somewhere for lunch, preferably outside.
- Where possible rotate sitting and standing tasks for instance emails to photocopying or presentations
- Instead of calling or emailing a colleague at work, walk to their workstation.
- Move your bin slightly away from your desk, so you have to get up and walk to it.
