Together, with 15 pioneering organisations recognised for their outstanding efforts in supporting staff wellbeing, we created a comprehensive suite of health and wellbeing resources for businesses across Sheffield.
Aim of the pilot scheme:
The pilot scheme was set up to create sustainable change in employee health & wellbeing
We developed a School of Excellence to enable the best physical, mental, social and financial health of the working age population.
Across the 12-month pilot programme we worked with leading organisations to learn from them and promote the great culture that they have instilled in their workplaces. Together, we created a suite of health and wellbeing resources for businesses.
This programme was developed by the leading experts across the city and includes both universities to deliver what we all need, in the way we all need it, to create sustainable change in employee wellbeing and promote ongoing productivity gains. These resource now offer wider benefits across better performance, reduced sickness and increased retention.
