Veggies- celery, carrots, peppers, cherry tomatoes

Dairy or plant-based dairy alternatives- cheese snacks, yoghurts, cream cheese bagels

Crunchies- crackers, chips, cereal bars, pretzel sticks

Sweets- chocolate covered raisins, fruit gummies, mini cookies, little bit of candy

Super salad wraps– packed with crunchy veg ,cheese and hummus add flavour
