- Revive services are designed to help local employers support employee wellbeing. The training, wellbeing sessions and one to one therapy can be tailored to the businesses needs. The Revive service including its counselling service is also designed to support the mental health of those in leadership positions who are struggling with issues such as stress, burnout and depression. As staff look for guidance from leaders, if the leaders are feeling stressed, anxious and are struggling to make decisions this can have a negative impact on staff wellbeing also.
- Emotional wellbeing resource page which offers tips on how to support employees emotional wellbeing including through thank you schemes, embedding staff engagement right from induction and the use of workplace champions.
- Communications- emphasis on how good communication should underpin all business efforts to improve employee wellbeing. There are tips here on how to communicate well to create a positive working environment: providing feedback, being clear and promoting social connections.
- Physical wellbeing resource ideas including walk and talks, staff activity groups and bike schemes.
- Learning and development page where there are tips on how to create a culture of workplace learning and development. For example initiatives such as induction training & lunch and learn.
- Policies and procedures- wellbeing policies and procedures provide consistency and show care. It is important that policies and procedures are designed to suit your businesses particular working environment. Staff consultation and consistent reviews &adaptations are also key.
