Jenx as a company have used several initiatives to boost staff wellbeing these have also resulted in increases in productivity, retention and job satisfaction. During their wellbeing month there were initiatives focusing on physical and mental health: they had access to exercise sessions, meditation and learning activities such as crocheting, led by other members of the team and external agencies. They offered tailored wellbeing support to individuals through wellbeing action plans which encourage individuals to manage their own physical and mental health. These plans are monitored 1:1 and Mental Health First Aiders are available to support.
