Wisdom app
Health Assured have recently launched the Wisdom app with health & wellbeing features including wellbeing trackers, breathing techniques, health plans and health checks. It also includes wellbeing solutions such as access to counsellors, a helpline and a wellbeing resource library.
The mental health charity MIND have recommended several apps to support your wellbeing including:
Qwell- mental wellbeing self management tool which includes mood tracking, journalling and informational resources.
Combined Minds- mental health app which supports families to look after their wellbeing through creating a support network. It can help you in tracking your progress on managing conditions such as anxiety and depression.
Student health app- provides reliable information and advice on relevant issues for students including on topics such as staying safe at university and mental health disorders.
Mindfulness coach- app designed to manage mental wellbeing through practicing mindfulness. It features a self-guided program, an information library, 12 audio-guided exercises, as well as goal setting and tracking for your mental wellbeing.
Other apps- There are also free support apps designed to support young carers and those who have eating disorders.

Free apps to support you to sleep better:
Harmony Hypnosis Meditation- this app features hypnosis sessions for deep relaxation.
Calm- this wellbeing app includes sleep stories which help you relax. Some features are behind a pay wall but you get a free trial period and permanent access to free content.
Better sleep- app that provides personalised relaxation and sleep assistance. It includes a variety of sounds to suit your frame of mind and sleep habits.
