Sport England have highlighted fitness challenges and workout programmes that can support your motivation to be more active.
Couch to 5K- 9-week programme designed to support you to go from chilling on the couch to running 5kms. The programme gradually builds in intensity.
Strava- An exercise social network that allows you to track your progress, compete against friends as well as discover fitness challenges across running, cycling, hiking, swimming
Yoga with Adrienne- 30 day yoga workout programme
Couch to fitness- This is a 9 week fitness plan for beginners with 3 video sessions a week and a varying schedule.
There are also a variety of challenges and workout programmes that Sport England recommend but these are only available at a small charge. Examples include Great Run, Conqueror, Her Sprit workouts for women and Les Mills workout programmes.
