The mental health charity MIND have developed templates for workplace wellness action plans based on your work circumstances for instance remote working, hybrid working, workplace and one specific for line managers. These guides are designed to support you to reflect on what supports your wellbeing while your at work. The guides aim to help you spot your stress triggers and responses and can help encourage communication regarding working style and preferences with colleagues and family. The line manager guide will help you to open up conversations about mental wellbeing in the workplace, how you can make adjustments to support your employees and some signposting for further support. The line manager guide also stresses the importance of looking after your own mental health and setting boundaries.
