NHS sitting exercises-  sitting exercises that boost flexibility, strength and balance particularly targeted at ages 65+.

For pregnant women:

Advice around keeping active whilst pregnant and its benefits in terms of boosting mood and helping you to sleep better.

This Mum Moves- has a great range of workout content for pregnant women and new mums and its free!

NHS pregnancy activities- guidance and advice around suitable activities including stomach-strengthening and pelvic floor exercises.

For those with a disability or long-term health condition:
