It can be incredibly difficult to find time and think of activities that will support your whole family to be active hopefully these tips will go some way to help you:
- Plan family outings and holidays that include physical activity (such as hiking, cycling or swimming). Or plan activities that incorporate you walking around for example visits to a zoo, museum or gallery.
- Walk or cycle to school with your kids once or twice a week instead of driving them. Live too far from school? Could you park a 10 minute walk away?
- Family fun- bike rides, game of hide and seek, backyard footy or cricket or take an activity to the park.
